I’ve lived in Sonoma for 25 years and grow to love it more with each passing year. Our special town offers a wonderful sense of community along with unmatched beauty. For many of you, the dream to live in Sonoma Valley will begin with reaching out to an agent. Whether you’re looking to sell or buy a property, I work with a positive attitude, great attention to detail and my clients can count on me.
At CENTURY 21 Wine Country, I feel lucky to have so many remarkable resources at my fingertips to help clients see the bigger picture in today’s market. The internet and technology helps me keep one step ahead and it allows me to stay on the pulse of the market on behalf of my clients. I work as a partner to every client putting their needs first and listening to exactly what their needs are while developing a plan that works. My goal is to ensure that every sale is as stress-free and smooth as possible for my clients.
I am certified as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) which allows me to handle short sales and bank-owned properties. I also earned my SFR designation (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). I have successfully represented both buyers and sellers successfully in these transactions - fortunately, these types of sales have diminished over the last few years as properties have increased in value again. I also have my BPOR certification (Broker's Price Option Resource) which ensures I price your house accurately.
The last few years have been blockbuster years for my business and for real estate in general. I've been named Top Producer for consecutive years now and also Top Listing agent and Top Selling agent. Awards earned include the President's Award, the Centurion Award, and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award. I have been a Masters Award recipient since 2010 and consistently received Quality Service recognition.
In my spare time, I am the Director of a popular monthly dining series called Cooks with Books for Book Passage, an independent bookstore in Marin. I help bring cookbook authors, often celebrity chef's from the Food Network, or restaurant chef's and/or cookbook authors who have recently published a cookbook to restaurants in Marin, Napa or SF to feature their recipes for a meal with the public. For fellow foodies, this is a great way to meet your favorite chef, get a new cookbook and break bread with friends.
On a personal note my passions are my family, hiking at Jack London, camping, water skiing, playing piano, movies and popcorn, music, traveling, gardening, reading and enjoying a glass of wine with family, friends and very often with clients.
